KRIPTONLUB 915/2 is a synthetic grease for extreme loads in the food industry and in the pharmaceutical industry (H1).

KRIPTONLUB 915/2 is a grease produced from a base of synthetic oil and an aluminium complex thickener. It is developed for the lubrication of equipments subject to extreme loads, mainly when there is some risk of accidental contact with the manufactured products (NSF H1).


Properties
  • Excellent resistance to cold or warm water, which ensures a long-lasting grease, even in very humid conditions.
  • Excellent mechanical stability, an also great stability to oxidation. For this reason, it is very resistant to the formation of deposits caused by high temperatures, and does not loose consistency, which prevents it from falling out after many hours of work.
  • Excellent protection against corrosion of the bearings and sleeve bearings.
  • Excellent smoothness properties (adhesion), which makes reduce leaks and extend the relubrication intervals.
  • Neutral odour and taste.


Applications
  • Low and medium speed bearings and sleeve bearings.
  • Mechanisms subject to extreme loads and/or shock loads.
  • Joints, couplings and sliders.
  • High transport systems (rails and others that operate above the level of food and other materials in preparation).

KRIPTONLUB 915/2 is compatible with those materials that are normally used in the manufacturing of the equipments for food  manufacturing and packaging.
